Quality Policy


Quality is Integral to everything we do. Quality is each employee's responsibility. Cal-Tec, Inc. will continuously improve its customer service to better satisfy the needs of its customers and will deliver to them, on time and every time, defect-free products and services conforming to customer requirements.

Executive Management demonstrates its commitment to this policy by leadership that guides all employees in continually improving quality, service, value, and technology while meeting all statutory requirements, regulatory requirements, and national and international standards. Management reviews of operational and business performance data, Customer Satisfaction Surveys, audit results, and the results of corrective and preventive actions are used to assess the effectiveness of the System and identify areas in need of correction. In order to implement those changes that will result in continual improvement.

This policy has been formulated by the President of Cal-Tec, Inc. and approved by its staff. The Policy is explained and discussed at the general orientation training given to all existing and new employees; the policy is also posted in conspicuous locations throughout the company.
